In 1971, Starbucks opened their first store in the middle of Seattle's pike place market. How was short(Howard Schultz) visited that store and enjoyed his first real cup of coffee.

That one cup of marchan(Sumatra) changed him forever. From that moment one(On), he wanted everyone to have the same experiences. At that time, Starbucks was just nine stores and a hundle(hundred) employees. Nine stores quickly turned into thousands. People were allowed to make choices by customizing their own beverages. You could sit in big, comfy chairs and have a place to relax with friends, and listen to good music. And thirty seven years later, what started it has(as) a dream to build in(an) honest brand and personal curnecction(connection). Our(all while) serving great coffee, has turned into a reality all over the world everyday, for everyone to enjoy.

He wanted to share his experience that is to feel comfy and drink coffee in there. so he started to marketing for everyone. Finally Just nine Starburks turned into thousand cafe and a honest brand. He emphasized customizing style with personal connection in cafe.

I agree with this statement. Starbucks has built an honest brand and personal connection.

 Maybe almost people have visited there in korea and felt something different compare to other cafe. First is so many menu in Starbucks and can choice for personal style like amount of syrup. I think it is one of connection between person and cafe, and service.

 And also my one of friend worked in there as part timer. At that time, she said to me about manage system of cafe. I really surprised because that is so systematic for cleanliness and service.

-How do you customize you coffee your coffee drinks?

In my case, I always order to add cream on the coffee when i drink latte menu. I have not realized a real taste of coffee, so i just drink for sweet taste or waking my self. Americano case also add more syrup such as hazel syrup. 

-When did you first try coffee? How was it? Did you enjoy it? 

When i was 14 years maybe, at that time is first time to drink coffee. Actually not drinking in cafe. just can coffee. I didn't want to drink coffee, but I had to awake up by my-self of test , so i drank.
